Yayasan Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Perlis Berhad (YYP) founded in 1992 is a foundation incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 and is not a cooperative under the Cooperatives Act 1993. YYP provides shariah compliant personal financing especially for Malaysian civil servants, Statutory Bodies and selected Government-linked companies (GLCs) employees.
YYP fund is funded by RCE Marketing Sdn Bhd 198101011880 (78009-K), a Bumiputera-owned company.
